I am the manager for Sync Health’s East Coast programs.  I have had over 11 years of experience working in the mental health field. I have worked in various settings including residential, outpatient, and in-home. This has given me the opportunity to work with those with anxiety, depression, anger management issues, and family conflict. I have been with Sync Health since 2019 and started as a contractor, I was brought in as a full-time associate a short time later and in 2022 I moved into a leadership position. I have been with Synchronous for so long because of the people. I can honestly say I really enjoy the people I get to work with. My approach to leadership is one of mutual respect and care with an understanding of how the business works to provide quality care to those who need it most. Providing quality care to our Participants while also being keenly aware that we are in a helping profession so making sure the Specialist are also setting healthy boundaries, finding a work-life balance, and practicing actual self-care is very important to me.
